It’s never easy to say goodbye and so it is with a mixture of gratitude, sadness, and excitement that we write to share that our Finance Associate, Barb Widener, will be retiring at the end of June. We are very sorry to say farewell to such a dedicated teammate, but we are thrilled for her to embark on this next season of life and the opportunities and adventures it will bring.  

Barb joined CFHZ in December 2016 – a fact that will forever endear her to our team as she jumped right into one of the busiest weeks of the year for our organization! With her gift for numbers and an eye for detail, she helped us keep pace and ensure smooth and efficient financial processes as CFHZ’s work has continued to grow. Barb is the ultimate team player and has lent a hand to nearly every aspect of CFHZ’s work over the years. Her warmth, great sense of humor, and heart for people have been a gift to all of us who’ve had the privilege to work with her and will be missed immensely. Please join us in thanking Barb for everything she has done for CFHZ and wishing her every happiness in retirement!
