CFHZ Individually Managed Accounts Program

We also know our donors have strong and trusted relationships with their professional advisors and rely on you for input on their full financial picture – including the best strategies to achieve their giving goals. Our goal is to be a trusted partner for advisors and their clients by providing valued donor services and philanthropic advice to help them achieve their charitable goals.
The CFHZ Individually Managed Accounts program allows donors to continue their relationships with their trusted financial advisors while benefiting from administrative convenience, tax advantages, and philanthropic expertise of the Community Foundation staff. With an established Donor Advised Fund at CFHZ of $500,000 or more, the Individually Managed Accounts program offers your clients and you, as their financial advisor, a great investment option and full-service administration of their charitable fund.
How it works
Donors initiate the process of establishing a Donor Advised Fund and recommending an investment advisor of their choice to manage charitable fund assets of $500,000 or more. Advisors retain client relationships, assets under management, and can develop portfolios with CFHZ’s input.
CFHZ handles all grant administration and processing, so donors can focus on their charitable interests and passions. Donors will have secure, online access to review their fund and recommend grants 24 hours a day through Donor View. Donors benefit from all the advantages of a Donor Advised Fund at CFHZ.
The result is a highly personalized philanthropic experience for donors, your clients, to help them achieve their charitable goals.
