CFHZ recently hosted a webinar with updates on our investment policy, governance process, and main investment portfolio.
Our amazing Vice President of Finance, Rashelle Wynegar, is transitioning from her role at CFHZ to use her skills working for the Red Cross national headquarters. While we are certainly excited for her personally, we are going to miss her immensely! We are now looking for a new teammate to help us meet our mission by ensuring the financial integrity of the Foundation. If you know someone with a strong financial skill set who wants to make a positive difference in our community, please encourage them to apply for our Director of Finance position.

The Community Foundation of the Holland/Zeeland Area’s (CFHZ’s) Line of Credit (LOC) Guarantee Program allows nonprofit organizations that are tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are serving a charitable purpose in the greater Holland/Zeeland area, and had a 2019 operating budget in excess of $500,000 to apply to have a CFHZ guaranteed line of credit established through West Michigan Community Bank.
